I've ran into the Steam-log-in-not-elsewhre thingy a couple of times, and a few clicks in rapid succession gets the job done. But now it's more persistant.

I logged off Steam on my laptop and any other site that logs in with Steam (including SK forums), and it's only active on my gaming PC and heck, I even shut down Steam here on my PC and re-opened it, and the message is still there. Help
