Pre-order help

So I pre ordered a game from GameStop.com and they tell me that it will arrive on release date which is 10/22. I pre ordered it on the 20th. The tracking service tells me that the game will ship on the 28th. I'm wondering if this is accurate since I had pre ordered the item. Is it because that I had pre ordered it too late? I already sent them an email with this concern a while ago but they have not responded.

The carrier is UPS by the way, if it makes any difference.

Yeah, I dont know. It could be backordered. Who knows though. Best of luck getting it!
