I want a VH ASI hammer! Knowing my luck I will NEVER get one! We should make the cost of unbinding DLC content x2 or something, I WANT A VH ASI HAMMER!
Unbinding even a single 5* item costs more than OCH itself.
But everyone else has the same chance of getting a VH UV as you do. Also if you make DLC content unbindable, people can circumvent buying the DLC entirely and just buy the rewards instead.
