I don't reckon it's a good idea to vote for more than one candidate, but I'm certainly not going to stop you, and we will still count it.

Well I will be frank, I have seen this kinda thing happen before and it leads to bad things. Back where I came from on the WoW RP world they tried something like this. But they called it RPC, and it made it to where the RPs became very similer, dead, and no one was wanting to experiment. Thus it is slowly dying and is in the final stages of people leaving. Some have converted over and made the change ajusting to the style that is not required of them.

My point is this, I agree but I dis agree. To have a system would mean that bias and the like would follow leading to blacklists just because you don't like something that some one is trying to fix. Or maybe a RP gets shut down because the par was not the best. ETC.

Thinslayer, though as much as a good storywriter was he, has been getting a loose grip on his RP. That's just a short IMO, but I also have other reasons....

Controlling a bunch of people isn't hard, though you have to cut your rules VERY fine in an RP if the people you're catering to tend to assume wacky, inane, and outright overpowered things. Though the crowd here has certainly improved, they all too often break off on their own tangents and add whatever the heck they feel like to the story.

This is the problem that many GMs have, the lack of a self-controlled audience.

However, it's not a difficult thing to shut them up and tell them bluntly what to do, but I've only seen a few other players try to "guide" them, though they're too rough with their words and let their angst or whatever spite they have get the better of them.

I'm hoping that Hexlash will be firm, but not too harsh on our players.

That being said, I'd prefer if only Hex and Thin co-GM at this point, as both aren't too harsh and condescending towards their own players. However, I want to make sure that both can provide logical, well thought-out decisions. I want Thin to be there to create the content ((I'm going to be honest here, he can make good stories without making them sound too ridiculous and action-packed)) and supervise what can and cannot be done, while Hexlash makes sure that no one person can get out of hand.

I don't want to vote for Topoyozada because of his failure to guide players. Yes, you're more experienced than a tenderfoot in the ways of roleplaying, but I simply cannot trust you to solo GM or take any high-up positions without someone to help you. And though this may anger you, I don't want a GM who just can't keep up after a solid burst of roleplaying. Like you did with your last stories a long time ago, before you began to RP.

As for Sandwich-Potato, I am considering him, but given that I cannot make heads or tails of his writing at this point (my fault for not paying attention to him is the real reason xD), so I'll withhold the vote until I finish reading his past experiences.

Creeper, as fun as his ideas may seem, may be too centered around a few characters. Unless I've read a whole plot from him and how it'll come out, I'm not sure if he's going to be a GM. I simply don't KNOW him as an author.

Darkwatch, I'm also considering, as he seems to be fair, but if he's busy, I don't want to make him feel obligated for RPing.

Skye-Lightning has an erratic schedule. Better for him to keep up good grades and make his colorful, cheery characters than get him depressed over how is he going to keep up grades and an RP.

Edolas...erm...I dunno. Seemed invisible to me at times. Dang, I need to focus on more people XD.

Remiliaoftheearth seems like a person who might do well with a couple of first tries, but I don't wanna overwhelm her by pouring down a bunch of a players onto her lap.

As for me? I'm already busy, so that's a no-go.

Regarding shipping between Echo and Daxen, they're both NPCs, and as such are not available to players, so I can't promise to ship them. If the players are around them long enough, though, I might try it. ^_^

Quick question. I was talking to Topo about this earlier, but I just have to ask: How is this relevant, I'll be completely honest with all of you, this just seems like a random made up position to boost egoes and frankly, will probably not last long. Of course, I could totally be wrong, this is a completely one-sided opinion. Topo informed me that this would... I guess pass or veto upcoming Roleplays? Honestly, I think if somebody would like to create an Roleplay then they should be able to make an idea, and have others help him/her create it and put life into it. Regardless, people are going to sign up for it. Whether you like it or not. In fact, I could go create an RP thread right now. You can't limit whether people can create something or not.

That was my complete and honest opinion, I by no means mean offence to any of you and have no personal grudge against any of you. But, this is what I think. If somebody could explain better then maybe I could be swayed to be neutral. Or perhaps even support this, but of course, it would be particularly hard to persuade me.

...the old Council that came up consisted of people who were decent-good at RPing. However, that disbanded after a few members got that power to their heads and tried to boss other RP makers like me around, and it collapsed after said members left.

We're trying to do the same thing here, though now that we're without those players who have hindered us in the past, we can create a formal RPing group that collaborate to create and play RPs. The council here with the voting just shows who do we prefer in this little group should be spearheading the effort.

No, they're not going to micromanage all roleplays that come and go here, but rather do so for their own RPs. That means I can still create an RP that isn't affiliated with them, and that's fine.

If I wish to work by their rules and play their RPs, then I can join their little group.
