By the way, it appears the levels are randomly generated, so I can't tell you were exactly. But there seems to be one "event" per plateau.

From the two runs I did (the first of which was failed horribly because I tried to solo it before making a fool of myself in a party :p), the tombstones are broken so you can find the purple spirits that give you tokens once you whack away at their chains. (The tombs might also release a bunch of those Scarab mini mobs).
The keys, from what I understood, are obtained when you interact with a special object in the level. The only one I got, during my first fail-solo mission appeared after I interacted with a spire/tower thingy that was surrounded by trees... and also spawned a group of Scarabs :p
it's probably somewhere in the level you're on.
how the heck are we supposed to answer that if we don't know where you are?
