Will the New recipes be in the clockworks or in the HoH?

I am not a Dev, but I can say that the recipes will most likely be in HoH. Considering one of the new guns is part of a standard line (I won't give details), it is most likely that everyone will be able to obtain it with ease.

if they have any based on boss items they'll probably be Basil-only like the others. Unless they decide to go with yet another special alchemy machine.
I hope a Dev could answer this :)
