This event had me diving for recipes, and after running compounds several more times, I'm actually starting to warm up to them. The level design is actually fairly solid, and the enemy variety provides quite a challenge. The style of the levels is also very atmospheric. Obviously the risk vs reward is horribly, horribly broken, but in terms of playing through them, they're quite fun.
I just wish 000 gave me a reason to do them more often.
I agree totally. The cosmetic features of compounds are very good, but they definitely should have more than a miniscule 4 prize boxes after a treacherous depth
