She said that because she messed up the broadcast paramaters. Instead of typing /broadcasten 'message" which broadcasts only to English servers and instances, she typed /broadcast "en message" which broadcasts to all servers.
That's my interpretation, anyway.

2 seconds before Atalanta sent that message, Atalanta sent a message about the guild hall bug and a temporary fix and as Hex said, used the wrong format. You didn't see the first message though because you just logged on

Yes and shortly after posting this screenshot, she sent me/tells regarding everything and I was literally creeped out/surprised. Heck, I got screenshots of those too, but they're not uploaded.
What did Atalanta say? I did like Hyperion's joke though.
