There's not really any fast and easy way right now because all the current gates suck hard. Golden King stratum 5 is your best bet right now.

I farmed T2 a bit today, I got 3 punkins in 4 clockwork tunnels

My guild actually thought up a plan. Go to depth 8 in any of the gates (preferably Golden King) on normal with a clockwork tunnel or variant as depth 9, speedrun until you find Punkin King's area or lift, repeat. You're welcome.

Location,location, location (and a little patience)
Go to the arcade screen and look through all the gates. Specifically search for the gear-looking icon at T1 and T2. Mouse over the icon to check the name. If it has "clockwork tunnels" or " ___ chamber" then go down to check if the gate is currently on that level. If it is, I suggest you rush the level (avoid everything and find that room!). After you clear the level (about 4-6 mins if you're good), go back to the arcade screen and run the same gate again.
Currently the Gold King and Iron Bishop gates have a high chance of landing on the gear at T2 just below Moorcroft town. You might need to wait 10 mins or so but the level rushing after that is completely worth it. I got 25 tokens in about 1 and 1/2 hours today doing this :)

Get a friend or 2 and do Solo speedruns [Bjxw post] until one of you find the Pumkin King. Invite the others, get the candies and repeat. I got over 30 tokens in 1 hour <3
Not feeling it mode:
1. Cross your fingers and hope for treat on Elite.
Feeling it mode:
-Either:
--Not feeling it step 1 or;
--Kick his butt and get as much candies you want.
