When using a Windows computer, if you want to uninstall Spiral Knights (or any other program), navigate to the "Uninstall or change a program" control panel item. On Windows 7, you can open the start menu and search "Uninstall a program" in the search menu provided, and the first item on the list will lead you to it. Search through the list of programs until you find "Spiral Knights". Right click on it and select "Uninstall" to uninstall it.

Quick Edit: I'm saying this from the perspective of a Steam user. I have no experience with the non-steam client, but should these steps fail you, contact technical support!

gods ain't gonna help you, son.
for client users, in the SK folder there is the uninstall program. enjoy.
There's no installer, just remove the files from your computer.
