1. Do MSI bonuses influence the Striker Boost, Backfire Barrier, or Warmaster Rocket Hammer dash? Does it influence movement distance on sword attacks?
2. How much does ASI influence bombing? Is there a noticeable difference between 0, +3 (SSB), and +5 (w/ Fallen) ASI for bombs (I know +6 is max, but it's not achievable to my knowledge)? Does it have other advantages besides improving the bomb deployment rate (if at all)?
3. Does Omega Shell's increased health offer advantages in shield-bumping?
4. What's the lowest noticeable UV? Does Omega Shell's improved health modify this answer?

I believe I can answer a few of these:
1. MSI does benefit striker boost and Backfield barrier. I'm not sure about WRH dash. I don't think it influences movement distance on sword attacks.

2. I don't use bombs much (this is a question easily answered by someone like Zeddy), but to my knowledge the influence of ASI on bombs is very low.

3. No. I believe the Plate shield line gives the best bumping.

4. Any non-status resistance on shields. According to some data collected by Glacies, heating your shield is completely and utterly useless. It's the same with non-status resist UVs. For weapons, damage vs. family low (the one it is weak to if it's special damage), and for armors a non-status resistance to something that it does not already have (ex: a low shadow UV on skolver does not make any difference, while a low piercing or normal might).
I do not believe Omega shield's health does modify this answer. I think Ancient Plate Shield has more normal resistance/health anyway. However, I don't have one, so I cannot test it out.

@Grimranger

Omega Shell has 20% more health than any other 5* shield.

2. On ASI for bombs.

It improves the speed of the planting animation, which has benefits. I would recommend swiftstrike, as +3 has a somewhat noticable impact, but +5 not so much over +3.

When you're this swag this world just bows at your knees.

Does Omega Shell's increased health offer advantages in shield-bumping?

No. Shield bump distance is determined by Shield Star Rating, not shield health. Shield Bash also operates off this, and always takes 50% of a shield's health. Because of such, Omega Shell does not benefit in either situation. However, in instances where an attack does untype damage/status, such as the Apocrean's Arms (I think) the Omega Shell is the best to use since all shields take a constant (not a percentage) amount of damage regardless of their defense.
Just like how Ancient Plate is the best to use against the Apocrean's gaze because the damage bypasses all armor defense so lots of health is the only way to survive.

What's the lowest noticeable UV? Does Omega Shell's improved health modify this answer?

According to a study done by someone (I think it might have been Zeddy and co.) damage defense UVs on shields increases their resistance by a measly 1-2 or so percent per level. Status resist UVs are far more efficient, as shields can be immune to status damage (Stand in a Zombie breath with a APS to see what I mean)
