Hope I'm not too late, but Google Drive can work. There's a button to upload files next to the create button. Make sure you set the privacy settings for the video to "anyone with link" once you upload it, or it won't work.

A place to store it, or show it?
If you want a YouTube alternative, I've seen wimp used. I don't know if it's wimp.com or .org or what. I have no experience with it, but it works for showing off a video to the public.
If you want to store it, Google Drive can hold such a file if you have a Google account (you should if you use gmail), but file sharing sites such as mediafire work too.

box.com is what i use for a lot of stuff, allows you to upload any type of file for free and gives you 10 GB of storage

Just a legal filesharing website and upload your video vile there if it isnt too big.
