Hi there, some issues with launching the game. Every time I am triying to start the game through the webstie it won't launch. Well It launches and at prox~72% the timer of the game that shows how much time is remaining just goes up and not down. Like at 71% it's 3:50 min, it drops down at 2:34min and it's downloaded for 74%, than it gets up to 49:45 min!!!! Can somebody helping, it's really annoying and I just got a new paysafecard for 50$.

Same.
The same thing is happening to me. It loaded once after the newest update (as of Oct 29) but the graphics were all screwy. Went to go to a level and it froze at 99% loading. Restarted and it came back up at the loading screen stuck at 99%, even after a computer restart. I uninstalled and reinstalled SK and now the game won't launch from Google Chrome or the client. The outline of the window will pop up for half a second then disappear and nothing will happen. Please help! I want to get the obsidian weapons while they're here!

It has to be the update.
Demete I think you're right, it's not the browser, considering many people are having similar issues across several platforms, including the Windows client (through vista, 7, and 8), the Mac client, and steam.
On other posts I've read the admins haven't been much help, suggesting updating drivers and uninstalling/reinstalling the game "correctly."
And they always ask for the specs, which in general makes sense I guess, but here they don't matter because it's the update that doing it.
In case an admin sees this, you're probably going to ask for our specs. So you don't have to ask, here are mine:
Dell Inspiron (craptop)
Windows Vista 32-bit
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core Processor TK-57 1.9 GHz
2 GB of RAM );
And yes, my drivers are all up to date. Thanks for asking. -.-

I am just going to send a mail to OOO to fix this issue. Just try again tommorow guys and hope for the best of luck. Tomorrow is a new day maybe it's fixed by then. If not, OOO obviously doesn't want my 50 bucks :P

Combination of things.
$50 is peanuts. Or [Three Rings] tech support is swamped. Probably both.
Though most of the responses to tech probs, I've only seen three or four different admin names. It is a lot for three or four admins/GMs to manage. Then again, responding to forum posts probably isn't very big of a job. However, I doubt it's one of their top priorities, with everything else they have to do concerning the management of SK. They may be admins on several games under OOO, doubling or tripling (or more) the responsibilities that come with managing a game.
Still, one would have thought they'd have done something by now; it's been more than a week since people have started posting complaints. Unless they can't find/fix it. In which case one would then think they'd have posted something on the homepage saying that they're working on it or something.
At least communicate with us beyond telling us to update our drivers.
What browser are you using? I'm on Kongregate and the darn thing just won't load!
