... He means for OOO to keep the unbind prices however he wants the heating levels to stay the same like a Level 10 Polaris being unbinded so that it's still a level 10 Polaris but unbounded for 4kce and if not, they should lower the unbind cost.
In my opinion, the unbind prices and system is alright to be honest. Though radiants are in high demand now, long ago, I found it fun whilst farming for radiants in FSC with friends to level my 5* stuff so just having the level already on it when it is unbound just takes away the fun...

heat is reset for a reason
when you unbind something, they reset the heat so you dont just make a 4*, heat it unbind it then craft it up into 5* to sell. if you want to craft it up, yo you are required to craft before unbinding. otherwise it would greatly alter the market value of higher tiered gear. there are probably other reasons why this is a bad idea, but the point is that it is a bad idea.
