I guess they did in that way, OOO wants to "fix" the problem of people who camp AH the whole day to B/O all of them then later sell them for twice of the price to make a lot of profit. since that was a problem for people who wanted the rose sets, well sorry for people who have hopes to get the set someday camping.
now they have to win the bids. some forumers suggested better ideas to fix this problem, specially "Making them bound" once you get them from.

I doubt they'd go any higher than the obnoxious 700k that turdwallets were putting the B/O'd chaps up for.
Then I could be wrong, people are pretty stupid when it comes to bidding on Featured Auctions over non-featured ones.
