Where are the files for Hallow Costumes in the files?

It should be listed as nov under the list of choices for model_recolor.dat.
Also, Black Chef Coat, Snarbolax Coat, Vitasuit, maybe even Heavenly Iron, are also valid choices for use with a Sniped Hat.

Um...I'm not too familiar with SpiralSpy, and while I found the model_recolor.dat, I don't see any choice list besides Proto/Dire.

You are experiencing a PICNIC ERROR!
I don't remember exactly, it's kinda messy...I don't have SS on hand right now, but I'll tell you that there are no straight up "Hallow Costume" files. (Excluding the badge) There are, however, hallow recolor palettes. I'll help you out in a bit.
Keep in mind that old armors have a different method of accessing these recolors. It's more tedious.

Mmmm... weird... are you using the latest version? If yes, try opening the "Edit" panel (Armor-Config: [Model.dat] [Edit] [Clear]) and check if there's something in red.
Use the model-recolor.dat file. I believe the hallow colorset is the second-to-last choice
