So I'm a bit of a dragon fanatic and happened upon hallow dragon scale on the AH. Bought the full set for 14k (got ripped off 3k) but since my personal color is green, I am now known as pumpkin-dragon. Really now.

When you're this swag this world just bows at your knees

Just like that? And everyone who actually has built their costume around it has to put up with whatever colors you like?

Is that truly a problem with the costume's color scheme, or just your own personal color conflicting with it?

...Though, to be honest, your personal color actually works really well with it.

Admittedly, the only scale helm color that blends with green, as opposed to simply working well with it, is the Hunter scale helm... not to say that I like the Hunter color scheme to begin with, though. I think that's largely because there's only bright green. A darker green could work well with more than just one or two color schemes.

Come to think of it, I remember there being threads a long time ago about just that- how there's a very limited selection of greens.

<insert witty comment here>

Not all styles of costume/armour (Dusky, military etc) will go well with certain personal colours - that's why we have a variation. Either save up 50k to change your personal colour or go with Chroma/Salamander/Dragonscale/Wyvern pieces and use it as costume.

Just because Hallow doesn't suit your personal colour doesn't mean the set pieces need to be recoloured.
