i currently and forever have worn volcanic plate mail as my armor of choice , but as i sift through many sorts of other armors i nothice a slim resistance to shadow unless seriously and entirely geared for just that , snarby set and so on but there is absolutly no shadow resistant plate , a 5* variant would be lovely and offer a wider variaty for us tanks , what do others think?

Plate Sets should be the tanky sets.
The only one that fits the tank role is Ancient. And that is solely because HP Bonus > Actual Defense values
Because OOO doesn't know how to make defensive sets actually defensive.

Try Almirian Crusader. It has 75% as much normal defence as a plate set, but with none of the ASD.
I've had a similar idea floating in my head. Why not have an armor with 11 bars piercing, another with 11 bars elemental, and another with 11 bars shadow? Why do we just have armor with 11-15 bars normal?
