Greetings to Shoka-Koto!
Hello to all! I just joined Spiral Knights recently, and I would like some help. I am stuck on the Snarbolax Boss Mission. My Caliber just doesn't seem to do so good against those pesky beasts. After poking around the wiki, I saw the Flourish line felt piercing, which is good against beasts and *fiends? So I won't beg, but since you offered to help, could I get a Flourish? And maybe some information or tips and tricks to how to beat him.
Also, underneath other people's names, they have a phrase or a word in between < and > this. Could you tell me what that means? Is it a clan or something?
Edit I looked around the forums for about 3 now, found out what fiends are. I did figure out what my future load out would be, and I would appreciate some HELPFUL criticism.

To beat the Snarbolax, you wait for him to approach the bell. (While you are waiting, shield and dodge his attacks.) When he gets very close to the bell, hit the bell to stun him, and then attack him as fast as you can until he becomes unstunned. Repeat this a few times and you will beat him.
Yes, the words between < and > is the knight's guild (clan) name. Read the wiki page "Guild" to learn more.
Aegis is not a great shield, because it offers no status protection and no offense. For your first shield, you should be investigating Grey Owlite Shield, Barbarous Thorn Shield, Crest of Almire, Swiftstrike Buckler, and maybe Volcanic Plate Shield. Other than that, your proposed weapons and armor are fine. If you use swords (or a mix of swords and guns/bombs) you might find my detailed sword guide helpful.

I need crest of almire ,Divine mantle, divine veil, Azure Guardian Armor, Azure Guardian Helm, fang of vog, Blitz Needle, big angry bomb, Plasmatech Bombhead Mask, money for my guild,and furniture for my guild, ice crowns, volcanic wings , shadow lair keys, more sparks of lifes, CE so I could buy expansion pack , and some 4star, and 5star orbs piz. all of that would be soooooo helpful and u have no idea how much id thank u for those :)(piz) (thanks)

You do realize that cobalt helms do not upgrade into gunslinger armor right? Gunslinger is a set all in itself. Plus, Shoka, is this a thread of literally gathering stuff to give to people? Or just helping them acquire materials and resources to make stuff? Because if it is the latter, you're probably giving the wrong idea to people. We are not (at least I definitely am not) a walking charity.
