So, before, when I was- oh wait-

Before when I was a happy Knight Elite, on my main account, frolicking on the non-existent daisies of Haven, I was a clear outcast. Although my bobbly prismatic cupcake head did show some oddness, what people really thought I was was an alt acount, which I understood since I had 2 5* pieces of armor. Even though I knew many alts had low ranking prestige and command but high star gear, I've always wondered why they had that. I mean, why wear good armor that you barely use, and if you do use it a lot, why be such a low rank? Whatever the answer is, I've just thought one thing: logic is missing.

it's simply that. tenured knights who don't feel the need to spam missions, and increase e-peen. FYI, i'm not one of them. E-peen forever!

When you're this swag this world just bows at your knees

Well, as a frequent player on a low-ranked knight, here are some reasons I can think up:

  • Able to tell who is shallow and who isn't by how they treat players of low rank
  • In the case of people with Recruit rank, the ability to revisit the Rescue Camp (for guild recruitment, tutoring, whatever)
  • The show-off factor, as it's no longer possible to equip 5* gear on a low ranked knight
  • The lack of interest in missions, or the complete abolishing of such
  • The hipster mentality of not being a Vanguard like everyone else
