Well hi there. I am Sciger and I have been drawing for nearly 11 years, slowly moving from one interest to another as my artistic subjects. All my art is self taught, I have never taken a class for it. My art is digital and I use Paint tool SAI and an Intuos 4 Wacom Tablet. My deviantArt is here: Clickie! The time taken with commissions can vary from a couple hours to a few days. It can take longer depending on how busy/motivated I am.

Since I believe I have finally figured out my style for making art look crisp and clean, I've decided some art commissions might help me improve even more. That and I admire the art style of Spiral Knights and hope to create my own style for it in the process. I primarily would like commissions for CE but I may be okay with the very occasional art trade. For art trades, both sides should be 'equal'. For example, if I request a sketch, I give a sketch back, etc.

I may also be interested in collaborations. I'll look into this a bit later.

Art Information and Pricing
Base prices apply to the main subject of your request. All other fees apply to extras in the drawing. Example: your knight hugging a snipe is the main subject. Adding other snipes around the feet of your knight are extras.

#1. Sketch: 300 CE
A simple sketch, slightly cleaned up. Little detail. Black lines.

• +1 monster/sprite*: 50 CE
• +1 knight: 100 CE
• Simple BG: 150 CE
• Complex BG: Does not apply
• Examples: Example Sketch 1 (with BG), Example Sketch 2 (with simple BG), Example Sketch 3

#2. Lined: 600 CE
A cleaned up, solidly lined drawing without color.

• +1 monster/sprite*: 100 CE
• +1 knight: 200 CE
• Simple BG: 250 CE
• Complex BG: 300 CE
• Examples: Example Lined 1 (with BG)

#3. Lined and Color: 800 CE
A cleaned up, solidly lined drawing with colors. Lineart will be black.

• +1 monster/sprite*: 100 CE
• +1 knight: 200 CE
• Simple BG: 300
• Complex BG: 400 CE
• Examples: Example Line+Color (BG will not be detailed like this)

#4. Lined, Colored, Shaded: 1200 CE
A refined drawing with shaded colors, lineart will be colored.

• +1 monster/sprite*: 150 CE
• +1 knight: 350 CE
• Examples: Example Line+Color+Shade 1 (lineart will be more refined), Example Line+Color+Shade 2 (lineart will be more refined)

#5. Lined, Colored, Shaded, Simple Background**: 2000 CE
A refined drawing with shaded colors, lineart is colored with a shaded background.

• +1 monster/sprite*: 200 CE
• +1 knight: 400 CE
• Complex BG: 500 CE
• Examples: Example Fully Done Piece 1 (complex BG) , Example Fully Done Piece 2 (simple BG), Example Fully Done Piece 3 (complex BG)

* - group of 2 or more monsters/sprites; any groups above 5 adds cost of 25 CE per extra; each different kind of monster group may add more cost at my decision
** - little detail in background
Prices may change at any time for any reason I see fit. I also have the right to refuse to do a commission for someone if I do not wish to do it.

Note: I am willing to take crowns in place of CE or a mix of the two. The conversion rate of crowns to CE depends on the current market price. I may also be interested in taking items as payment but this will not occur often unless it is an item I want.

Note on Screenshots: If you are requesting a commission of one of your knight costumes, please provide the following screenshots: A screenshot of frontal view, right side, back view and left side.
