New language Naicradarcian

Transforming an English word to Naicradarcian:

1) Assign each letter to the consecutive integers: A = 1, B =2, ..., Z = 26
2) Since each word is a combination of letters, you can express a word as a set of numbers.
Example: "English" -> 5 14 7 12 9 19 8

3) Take the reverse sequence and "interweave" it with the original so that a copy of the last number is inserted between the first and second number, a copy of the second to last number is inserted between the second and third number etc. The resulting sequence should be symmetric.
Example: 5 14 7 12 9 19 8 -> 5 8 14 19 7 9 12 12 9 7 19 14 8 5

4) Double each number.
Example: 5 8 14 19 7 9 12 12 9 7 19 14 8 5 -> 10 16 28 38 14 18 24 24 18 14 38 28 16 10

5) Convert back into letters according to this code: 1 or 52 = Z, 2 or 51 = Y, 3 or 50 = X, ..., 26 or 27 = A
Example: 10 16 28 38 14 18 24 24 18 14 38 28 16 10 -> qkblmiccimlbkq

Pronunciation
**Because all written words are symmetric, only the first half of the word is used in pronunciation.**
(eg. to pronounce qkblmiccimlbkq you only need to look at qkblmic)

Every vowel has a single sound:
A = "ah" as in hat
E = "eh" as in wet
I = "i" as in pit
O = "o" as in lot
U = "uh" as in mug

Each consonant has two forms: complete and abridged.
When possible, complete sounds are pronounced; however, abridged sounds are used when convenient to make long words less time-consuming to say.

Consonant sounds listed as (complete sound); (abridged sound):
B = "bee"; "b" as in bit
C = "shoo"; "sh" as in share
D = "dee"; "d" as in dead
F = "foo"; "f" as in fan
G = "goo"; "g" as in game
H = "hoo"; "h" as in here
J = "jee"; "j" as in jar
K = "koo"; "k" as in king
L = "lee"; "l" as in lamp
M = "mee"; "m" as in man
N = "nee"; "n" as in no
P = "poo"; "p" as in pet
Q = "kee"; "cr" as in crown

V = "voo"; "v" as in van
W = "wee"; "w" as in won
X = "zee"; "z" as in zoo
Y = "yoo"; "y" as in yarn
Z = "chee"; "ch" as in charm

Example:
Qkblmiccimlbkq -> Qkblmic -> "Kee-koo-bee-lee-mee-i-shoo" OR "Kee-koo-blee-mish"
