I've sent one of those Support tickets, for sending something that you were crafting for someone to the original owner. I have gotten a response, but the person has still not received his item. Did I do something wrong?
I've sent one of those Support tickets, for sending something that you were crafting for someone to the original owner. I have gotten a response, but the person has still not received his item. Did I do something wrong?
Did the response say that the item had been sent to the other person? If it was an automated response, you can wait a little while to see if the change is made, you can submit another ticket explaining that there are still problems.
