I play this game from time to time but recently I've started to get a little more serious about the game. I've been by myself alot and recently got my girlfriend to start playing with me. The problem is im rank 5-2 and I honestly don't know where to go from here. I can't afford 3 star items (everything I have is 2 star except my gun thats 3) and I can't complete Rise or Fall, and also where can I get advanced orbs of alchemy????

Any help would be nice. I hate being stuck when I just started to get addicted to the game.

You can find Advanced Orbs of Alchemy in Rise or Fall in Elite mode. Do a few runs and you should get a few. You can add me (Xtweeterx. Xtweeter22x on Steam) if you want.

save up

In this game, you have to save up for higher-star items. They don't just come to you instantly. The basic idea is:

A. Run the Clockworks to earn money, until you have enough crowns and/or orbs.

B. Use your crowns to buy a recipe. If you don't have enough orbs, then also buy some energy, and use that to buy orbs.

C. Craft your item.
