Lets pause and think.
The op is asking where is the ready room aka "your knights ready room" located. We just go there but its not really explained where we go to on cradle.

Where are any of the mission lobbies located for that matter? It doesn't really matter, but it is kind of inconsistent with the rest of the lore behind the clockworks and how they function..

Well if you notice whenever a gun puppy spawns, it comes up through the floor. So the clockworks puts mobs down as you go...

I'm really curious about the mission lobby for OCH. I'd like to think it's some type of drop ship or some type of large military train captured from gremlins.

Well the Ready Room is actually the mission lobby area. Make a party for a mission, and the spot you spawn at is the "ready room."
As to where said room is, my guess is that it's over the edge in the arcade. It seems that the view you get when looking out at the gates is at the top of a cliff, that then drops off and slowly transitions into the mechanical clockworks. In this transition area I think is where the ready room is.
Look at the screens and stuffs in the mission lobby.
