I need some Advanced Orbs and Elite Orbs however it's usually at rather high and rare. What is the chance of getting one of these orbs in rare boxes and what floor level do you get certain orbs?

Dark Sun gate is at the moment chock full of arenas. Those are good for Advanced and Elite orbs.

Stratum 3 for Advanced, I'd
Stratum 3 for Advanced, I'd imagine, and stratum 4 for Elite. However Elites seem to be very, very rare. As it's been said, just find levels near those depths with lots of treasure boxes. I'd suggest going through missions around that level (Knight/Knight Elite missions) and looking for Arenas. If you're up to it, farming RJP is a good idea.

Only elite S4 drops elite orbs. If you play normal or advanced, say, RJP, you'll only get advanced orbs. Though my friend says he got an elite in advanced, but elite is the most reliable.
As far as floors are concerned: Read the wiki page "Rarity".
As far as drop rates are concerned: When orbs were introduced, there were many, many threads on this question. As far as I'm aware, they all came to the same conclusion: We don't have a good idea of drop rates, or how to increase your chances, beyond the simple idea of seeking out levels with many treasure boxes: treasure vaults, danger rooms, danger missions, etc.
