Just wondering, were Shadow Dragon and Valkyrie wings rereleased in the obsidian prize boxes, or were they excluded from the released acessories?

I believe only non-promotional Shadow items were added during the update. That is, a reskin of every accessory that existed before promotional accessories appeared. (Dwings were the first promotional accessory to be released)
No accessories were re-released in the Obsidian Prize Boxes. Does that answer your question?

They were obtainable by small chance with obsidian boxes, so yes.
