Is this possible?

Okay, if any mod feels like, move this.

So, yesterday I used up all my ME on my account and logged off. After that, my brother logged in from the same computer. He also used up all of his Mist then logged off. So, today, I log on, I have a bit less Mist than expected and I could've sworn I had about 80 more CE when I logged off yesterday. Oh well. I play until I run out of mist and log out, then check up on my bro's acc. He has near 0 energy.

So, I'm guessing that the accounts get linked or something? Fair enough, it stops alts I guess, although my bro won't be happy, lol. But is it possible that yesterday him playing on his account leeched of the CE from mine? That would be kind of a low blow considering he is in T1 and a full run nets him about 5k at best while I get easy 8k from T2. So basically, my energy is worth more than his, especially CE.

PS, would using his mist tank on that account fill my mist as well? Or would he leech from my CE if using the energy from the tank?

Mist energy is shared, CE is not.

Mist energy is shared between all free accounts on a given computer. Crystal energy should not be shared, though, so I'm guessing that you accidentally spent some of your own and didn't notice.

It's possible. I didn't see

It's possible. I didn't see anything but going down lifts and reviving in my history (which means I probably have spent it on those and forgot).

There's still the question of the mist tank. Our accounts weren't joined until yesterday so I'm not sure how that'll work. That's a possible exploit too (though, kinda obvious).

Okay, I've tested it. It didn't remove CE from my ac even when the mist should've went negative. Didn't try the mist tank though...

@Icee

All three of your characters across your own account, share mist and CE for sure.

sharing Mist and CE....

I bought Ce with one knight, and started a new one... I was under the impression that having bought CE, the knights on my account would no longer share energy. Evidently not, because starting at the beginning of the game I had 38 mist, and 2225 Ce.... same as my other knight. (minus, of course, the 5 mist for starting a new game)

Stray, your mist energy and

Stray, your mist energy and crystal energy is shared if you create a Knight on the same account. If you create a new account, it wont be. However, if you have a "Free" account, and someone else makes a "Free" account on the same computer as you, your mist tanks will be shared until one of you buys Crystal Energy.

Or, to list scenarios.

Player 1 plays without buying CE. Player two makes a separate account on the same computer. Player 1 and 2 have the same ME pool.

Player 1 plays, buys CE. Player 2 makes a separate account on the same computer, gets a separate ME pool.

Player 1 creates a second knight on original account, Knights on the same account have the same ME and CE.

Player 1 creates second account on the same computer, but doesn't pay for energy, the knights share the same ME pool.

Player 1 creates second account and pays for energy, gets separate ME pool for each account.

Read the FAQ folks, its all in there.
