Children have overrun the forums. In annoyance, any real contributors leave. Spiral Knight forums are shut down because they are suddenly pointless. Spiral Knights the game dies as a result. Total Annihilation.
Prediction: The person who ends up derailing this is the person I'm referring to.
This is possibly the nicest way to tell someone or a group to promply shut the hell up. I applaud.
But some actual discussion would be nice, however I don't think it will get as dramatic as what you made it out to be. They might get banned, granting your inner secret wish. Who knows.

Hollows, a child should not be able to annoy any serious contributors to these forums to the point that they leave.
This game is made with allowance for children, and as such you should expect some childlike personalities.
Don't let them sap your fun.
That goes for anyone else too.
If this annoying entity gets to the point where the GMs determine they are hampering the purpose of the forums, they will be removed, either temporarily or permanently.
Until that happens or this entity calms down, ignore them.

I have no plans of leaving permanently. I am temporarily resisting my usual posts due to me being a target of personal attacks (followed by edits after I post a response so that there is no incriminating evidence). Just waiting for the dust to settle then everything should get back to normal.

Also, @Hollows, I promise to be slightly more active with my alt in your guild. Apologies for slacking, i've been contributing a bit to your hall, but not as much as I'd like.

I dont think there are any games where kids dont play it that are multiplayer that lot of eople enjoy.
Maybe something lame liks checkers PvP tournament . What kid wouod play that?

The game won't end because younger people are playing it. The fact that they play it helps the game, but often they have not quite matured. Many adults haven't matured either, but it usually comes with age. Some people want attention, others enjoy chaos, and many just don't care about being heard. Help them mature by scolding rather than shaming. There's a large difference between being wrong, and doing wrong.
In short, kids will act like kids. Let them do their kid thing as they become an adult. Point out if something bothers you, and act mature.
I feel like I've been making a few of these same posts recently. Stop feuding.
