Bombs!
Oh man, there's so many rare items on the bomb front alone. Irontech, Big Angry Bomb, and Deconstructor are three infamously underused bombs (Decon in particular). Then you've got the Static Flash, which is a bizarre cash-only item; it comes in the starter pack. And shard bombs are also hugely unpopular, such that I only see a shard user maybe once a month. It surprises me every time. I wouldn't call RSS rare, since everyone made one before the nerf, but the other five (!) flavors are nowhere to be found. I would think the Deadly Crystal Bomb would get some representation, since it's the one rare elem bomb with range, but I've never seen it in action.
And since that's technically only 9, I'll throw in the Green Ward. I've seen this shield only once, and it was awesome. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=195807416

5 Nick in RJP (it's ridiculously hard to tell Nick apart from the other Impostocubes)
6 Katnip Pouches (Slooms are gone now, so sleep trinkets are somewhat useless)
7 Book of Dark Rituals (the very easy way to get rich)
8 Fiery Bombhead ( only available thru bribing King Krogmo, it can be hard to get)
9 Steam Knight Mask (I guess it isn't THAT rare, but I don't see it very often)
10 Spitfire(never seen it used before)
So that's my ten items.
