I cannot login properly, it says that multiple instances of this applications installer are running this one will stop and let another complete, Yet I don't have any other spiral knight links running. help please

Enter your Task Manager and end the task "java.exe" or something similar. Then start the game as per normal. Otherwise, restart your computer.
