So he was helping me get cr so like a week later he comes to me and says you owe me 60k in 3 weeks or i report you he nerver said anything about me oweing him anything so can someone help me out what do i do?

thats not a friend lol just unfriend him and silence him forever in the game and look for new friends.
Anyway, did you really ask him 60k cr? No? then dont worry because reports only send to GMs a log from the chat of the server and some other useful info for them. that mean if you never ask him 60k cr then in the log they would get a log say "your friend" who keep you reporting for scam is false and GM wouldnt do something since isnt true.
you can sent a support ticket about the matter here: https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail and tell them about the matter and problem solved.
i know because i remember time ago a girl and her whole guild were reporting me to get me banned just because i dont wanted to join her guild (and never accepted her gift because i dont like to get free gifts from a person i dont know) and what happened? they got me banned? no because i didnt something bad.
sometimes i think GM should ban temporaly people who send fake reports.

So he helped you get crowns, then a week later he asks for 60k crowns or he'd report you? The best thing to do is report him for threatening you and ignore him. Even if "your friend" reported you, his complaint on you is invalid because you did not break a rule.

Weome to the internet, a battle field of fools.
I'd first like to point out you are not alone in a problem like this. The number of idiots and scammers I've met in my past 5 years since I began playing games to no end, uncountable. Someday I'd love to make a long list of all the people that have reported me for something false. Even the down right dumbest things. Once in a PvP game some guy reported me because I defeated him. Another time I was reported because a "runner noob" got angry that I caught up to him and killed him after he had survived for 20 minutes. He got so mad that he left and came back to reset his score.
In each of these encounters the best thing I've done is just simply ignoring them. In Spiral Knights this would be perfect because there is an option to ignore players. If you really are feeling uncomfortable with this mess remember that threatening is something for a valid report. Your so called "friends" report threat is aimed at himself, not you.

if anybody is warned or banned, its always done by the people in charge and how they judge the situation, not by ppl, who report
simplest thing to do is to /ignore user
but its for u to decide, how or if u wana maintain ur friendship with the person after involving other people to help solve the issue
that is nobody elses task

You have nothing to fear unless you did something wrong.
... well, as long as you guys don't have a screenshot of you two making a pact on oweing 60K cr, I don't think that guy can report you by any means, not enough evidence. For now, just unfriend the dude and ignore him, and you can also fire back at him for threatening you. I know he might be you friend, but oweing and not oweing between friend is should never be the thing, a true friend asks nothing in return and clearly, he is not...
Consider the following:
Did he, literally gave you 60K cr and ask you to give it back in 3 weeks? If so, make sure you return them in time, or run the risk of been reported for scamming.
Or, did he simply help you farm some boss levels? If so, he shouldn't ask for money, his case is invalid.
Did you frustrate him during the run? Eg, die alot? And make the run unbelievablely long due to you mock around too much? If so, then he must be very upset at you and want some conpesation money.
