I need an icon for my channel. Check this out:

You see that blue square at the top left? Before it was a piece of art someone else created using Spiral Spy I believe. Right now it's a blue square since Google and Youtube continue to intertwine with eachother and my last one seems to have disappeared in the mix. I'd like an origional legit icon to go there if at all possible. I'll give out prizes for the top three. There are plenty of vids on the page with loadouts in them (I use quite a lot), so feel free to be creative! If you don't have time to dig through vids, I am a huge fan of shadowsun/justifier, and love using unconventional weapons to succeed. McGuyver style.

1st place: 2K CE and your icon displayed on my page

2nd place: 1K CE

3rd place: 500 CE

Deadline is Dec 1st

*Side note - If I don't receive at least 10 legit entries, I'll just choose the best one and give 1k CE to that person*

Aww I want to do this, but does it have to be Spiral Knights related? What do you want it to be of, your knight or something? Does it have to be digital, I only do pencil because I have no digital art maker-thing. I just need to know what to draw cause I tend to get stuck on something like "draw something make it original". Will you accept if its on imgur? Do you want it colored or black and white? (Coloring is not my strong suit but I'll try). Is it okay that I use my iPhone to take a pic, cause I don't really have a scanner? Do it gotta be tiny or big. Thanks!

You'll def get credit and a shout out from me on a vid or two. I'll be honest though, if there aren't that many entries or only like 1 good one i might just hand out 1k ce to one i like and shorten the prizes... Or hire Whimsicality to do some pixel art of me :)
At the time I was on fire for this idea, but there might not be that much interest to throw some creativity into an icon.

@Artist - I might have, except that it's NaNoWriMo this month, and I don't really have a lot of time to dig through videos for a decent ref. I was primarily inquiring for other people's information.

@Blue - You might want to put your contingency plan for how many entries you'll have to receive to award all prizes in the first post, and then stick to it. You don't want to be nicked for contest fraud and banned because the quality of the entries weren't what you were hoping for and you decided not to give out awards. If you're nervous about not getting what you want, you're probably better off canceling before you have entries and just commissioning someone. Especially since your thread title is a bit misleading - I had initially come in thinking you wanted to commission someone to do an icon for 3500 energy.

Heard you like unconventional weapons.

I didn't work much on this, but if you like the design, I can put more effort into it. I can't make a colored version though- I have little to no knowledge on photoshop. I don't like to work with coloured pencils either.

I will use a blank paper on second attempt.
