Speaking only for myself, they really have to deliver some amazing content to make me spend more money on the game, considering XCOM came out with an amazing expansion, and WoW is only 10$ for the first three expansions and a new expansion is releasing in a few months, so I'm completely loaded up on more fun things to do than farm for shining fire crystals. I haven't played Spiral Knights in about a week, and unless something magical happens, I have a hard time seeing myself playing again in the short term... I make go into hibernation again and wait a couple years like I did before and see how much progress the game has made, since the content schedule is only 20-25% of the content schedule of most MMOs.
