By my expertly sciency deductions...
I have spent 394 long, hard years researching this fact. I deducted the most important fact known to Knightkind that the chance of getting any kind of box in this game is exactly correctly positively 0.0000000000000000000000001234.000000000000000000000000000.1337.0000000000000000000hi0000000000000000000000000000000.1.2.3.4.lol.<69.2578-574%¥•=2. And six hunnet fiddy divided by cheesewhiz.

When we tried it on the test server it was 1%, but that was with only a few people participating (and who knows if it was changed before the update moved to the main server).

Forge Prize Boxes are made to troll those that need them most!
Example: I have heated many, many items between 3*-5* ever since the forging came out. At least 90% of these times I put in max fire crystals. I have yet to get a single prize box even though I really need some UVs and I am in no condition to be paying for Punches right now. (20,000 crowns lost on slime low for my Blitz Needle, ptff...)
On the other hand, I have a friend who is just now getting into 5* and really not looking for too much special. He rolled a 5* item once and got a forge prize box. He ended up with a bunch of sparks, pet food, and I believe a 3 UV Ticket.
This means the probability of getting a prize box depends on how much you DONT want one.

Heres my numbers:
since the forge system was inserted into the game I have forged 3 helmets, 3 armor pieces, and 4 weapons. All of these pieces excluding 2 weapons were leveled all the way to 10, 5-star. So far I have received a grand total of 0 (zero) forge prize boxes.
So, rare enough, as we all know what happens when we divide zero.
