Vet turn rookie, that's how I look at it now. A game I once felt so comfortable in now suddenly feels foreign. Things that I knew out the window, people I played with no longer active, guild I once called home no longer apart of. After struggling to find my CE for ten minutes, I also learned I'm flat out broke. Suddenly a player approaches me, asking for money to which I replied "I should be asking you for money." He trots away seemingly to go beg the next person. I walk into the bazaar to see my old addiction (punch) he stares at me taunting me and filling me with visions of asi vh gran fausts, and ctr vh blitz and just as I was about to reach for my credit card, I remembered why I was broke in the first place. I was about to log out when I noticed two knights talking to one another about starting a guild together, and I started to remember my old humble beginnings. The time when I first logged in, the first thing I crafted a (beast low Calibur), my first guild (In The Jelly), my first time beating (Vanaduke), the first guild I created (Active), the first Max I crafted (shock wolver coat), and so on. My whole spiral knights journey was full of memories and fun times. And suddenly I have a realization, I am right back where I started. Those same feelings I had when I first logged in flood back to me and I rush into the clockworks eager to start anew.

Sounds like a nonfiction

Sounds like a nonfiction story. Not sure if it should be here or the Treasure Vault. O.o

Anyway... I blank slate with the game (including knowledge and experience) is hard to have yet would be a key to not wearing the game out. Hopefully with your new eagerness, you can have ambitions to keep you playing and do amazing things again. Another Active/Unity wouldn't be a bad idea, if you were up to it.

Not-Hollows

Not nonfiction but was kinda surprised people still beg for money with the ability to do runs all day now. I'm not sure that I have the time to start another guild nor the enthusiasm but this game is best experience with others so being in one is ideal but I won't rule it out. What with this new heating system it's a tad confusing.

Seraphynx will be a good pet to start with, it can heart attack group of enemies and by heart attacking, the enemies will drop more hearts when they die, this helps immensely in elite difficulties and you will aquire the skill once the pet reach lvl 15, shouldn't be too hard. Seraphnx's last ability, the angelic aura, can allow you run through traps as if they never existed. This pet is perfect for new time players who are having a hard time surviving T2.

Maskeriath, my choice of pet, he is what I would like to call, the coward's wayout, so if you are a coward like me, maskeriath is the perfect chioce. A bunch of greavers running after you? Use maskeriath cloak! And bam! They stopped! Now you can retreat and charge your blitz needle! Maskeriath's quill is the one of its best ability, it can poison you opponent (kick them in the family jewel) debuffing them, making them weak to attacks. Maskeriath's last ability is the hexing haze, it creates a mist around you and making things around you EXPLODE! It is basically the DEVIL TRIGGER of SK, pretty good ability if you know how to use it (that is, if you use sword alot.)

If you think all the things I said above are crap, then look no further than Drakon! The 'worst' pet in the game! It is basically a damage out put orietated pet, who has three offensive capablities. The fire bolt(drakon's first ability) is a complete and utter joke, and the second ability, the flame barrier is even worse, since we can all pick up barriers anyway. The last ability however, the fire storm is the only thing that saved Drakon from been any worse, it creates a fire pit on the ground and it burns the living tortodrones out of who ever is in it.

If you want more useful

If you want more useful sprite, use Maskeraith.

If you want more cute sprite, pick Seraphynx.

If you want non-buggy ultimate skills, take Drakon.

but my advice, don't take Drakon
