So i was playing today and i'm equipped with 4* demo armor, mad bomber helm, *4 owl shield, Nitronome, Silent night, Avenger, and 4* fire bomb. No trinkets.

Another player in the party was equipped to silver mail, sepharic helm, * 4 star owl shield and vile cutter line (idk if 3/4/5*, i'm think it looked like 3* but logic tells me he would have had 4* based on his equip).

But!!!!

When i had my avenger drawn, he was could walk faster with his sword charged than i could walk normally not charging my sword.
Is this normal? Do we know why? I have no reason to think it was a glitch/lag/latency of any sort. He was simply significantly faster than me. No quicksilver gear either.

I normally move slower with a charged sword (or I perceive it that way) so this is an interesting scenario.

i think this happened for a hidden factor of walk speed, based on the speed stat of the sword.

It seems possible. I would be interested to see if avenger/faust have same walking speed and charged walking speed.

avenger faust and troika all

avenger faust and troika all walk slower while the weapon is charged.

dunno about swords, but on

dunno about swords, but on the bomb side of things, I'm pretty sure the speed bar there indicates how slow you will move while the bomb is charged.

In the original post the point was this.

I was not charging my sword, i was simply walking.

The other person was walking with their sword charged, and was faster than me walking w/out my sword charged.
