I figured that since the Storm Crusader Helm has a Front Accessory, maybe the original Almirian Crusader Helm can have it as well. I have really wanted to put a Divine Moostache on mines for quite some months now.

i never quite understood why the accessory slots on almirian were like that either...
I'm pretty sure that striker helms can have frontal accessories while they can't have certain others.
Like eye glows and side accessories.

It wasn't taken away. When the new helms were released, whoever did up the programming for them decided on what slots it could support, not realizing that the the old helms that they're reskinned off have different slots. This is either due to there being a different developer for the two instances, or the original helm being programmed so long ago that the developer forgot what they did for the previous helm.
A similar thing happened with the Deadshot Mantle having a front accessory slot.
they should fix a lot of accesories slot in most of helms... I mean why i cant add to my arcane salamander glowing eyes? thats lame.
+1 to fix front accesories slot items on almirian crusader helm as well some other helms that let you see your face.
I still want to be able to attach things to the front of Chaos cloaks - canteens especially.
There's a similar issue for all the variations of Crescent helm.
