I don't use them much, and when I do, I still have 100+ left because I have soooo much!
I can't believe I gather 619 trick or treat confetti from a single promo....
Whenever I want to use 1 confetti, I spam like 50... I usually end up on a 5 or 0 digit because I like it (didn't use storm caller and Trick or Treat in ages though o.O)

Charge spam FOV in Lockdown, use Confetti whenever I get a kill or am about to die from self-inflicted fire ticks.
Every. Time.
Through a glitch? I guess I'd report it. I'm not a big fan of the confetti- they're wasted effects that could have been new reskins of old content.
