_EDITED_

With my alt, I managed to beat Ice Queen in 4* gear (Normal mode).

My loadout was:

*Ashtail Helm (heat lvl 10)
*Ashtail Coat (heat lvl 10)

*Dark Thorn Shield (heat lvl 5)

*Silent Nightblade (heat lvl 5)
*Gigawatt Pulsar (heat lvl 9)

*Gift Of Autumn
*Tri-Hearth Pendant

Since 3 of 4 knights in the party where doing SL for the first time (and with inappropriate gear), the first depth was a bit hard.
The boss is a piece of cake, like the regular one.

I enjoyed A LOT the unknown passage....fun enemies, the fear atmosphere, DAT MUSIC!!!!

SL is like drugs. After the first time, you don't wanna stop xD

Crowns payout: 8k

PS.: Crafted my Snarby set \o/

Anything is possible. I do suggest bringing at least someone who is good at said Shadow Lair.

I only suggest doing UFSC if you already have two Nightmare Manes. Otherwise it'd probably just be better to go to UGWL.

Mhm.

Dat abbreviation... UGWL.

However, just make 5* stuff first, don't waste a key unless you're really good at dodging.

Nightmare Manes aren't a problem, cause 2 Manes are cheaper than 2 recipes.

2x Nightmare Manes ~30k

Vog Cap + Coat recipe = 50k

And i'll earn a lot of fire crystals xD

Suicide mission, no-no-no. SL are noticably harder than normal boss dungeons (bosses themselves not so much) and considering that it's Curse/Fire/Undead-typed, you better off going to UGWL

I'm pretty good at dodge ^^

And the cost of the Key (350 CE split) isn't that much for me.

SL rewards make the CE worth (is what I heard).

I'm planning going to UFSC because my loadout has Elemental Weapons.

I've watched all the SL videos made by Vokster, trying to memorize the place.

Hey there.

Have you considered maybe doing ice queen? Your set still hits every single enemy and lumbers for neutral/effective damage. And your ash tail will (possibly) help you out against jellies and freeze status. You can do what you planned for ufsc, get the manes, and complete the sl much quicker than ufsc.

Oh and remember, its dangerous to go alone. If its your first time that is. 450 ce should be the price you ask from others.

Have a fun time causing mass genocide on whatever you choose, cheers.

Nice advice.

Ash Tail got Piecing and Freeze defense.
Today I made a Silent Nightblade, so, I think that's a nice choice.

450 CE ... of course! 1800/4 = 450

Monocelha apologizes. Sorry!

Annilaton is saying...

That if you were going to do Ice Queen, take the Obsidian Edge.

I'm poor, how can I take this (I miss the event too =X).

I'll never try to solo a SL xD

When you're this swag this world just bows at your knees.

Acheron works just as well. Ice Queen is barely any more difficult than her regular counterpart.

Should I go in Advanced, or Normal mode?

we don't know

Should I go in Advanced, or Normal mode?

We can't answer this. We don't know how skilled you are, or how skilled, experienced, and well-equipped your team is. But here are two considerations:

If your main goal is to craft, then Normal is the obvious, non-risky choice.

The other main reason to do SLs is that they are a fun challenge. There's some danger that you'll be bored on Normal.

If you're after Radiants, you should do it on Elite. But you should have at least two highly experienced players in the party if you do.

I really want to know what is the payout in Elite.

I don't know, but Lancer Knightz have been measuring the crowns payouts of all missions, and they find that Elite is 20% more than Advanced, which is 20% more than Normal.

Nice!

So, if Normal mode = 8.000 crowns, Advanced pays 9.600 and Elite pays 11.520.

I'm happy to see that I don't lost a lot of money xD

Just 3.5 k (price of 2 sparks, i'll probably die more in Elite)
