It's like EV training with Pokemon, or trying to get the good IVs and natures when breeding Pokemon.

Take it as an exponential graph, where x=power, y=price. Most weapons stay on the left hand side, and trying to squeeze just a little more power costs a lot.

Besides, the 3 UV option lets you keep specific UVs, especially your Ultra Highs, rather than another random roll, and it's quite cheat to have at least 3 UVs. regardless of being f2p or p2p.

Sir, I don't require any more than 2 UV's if that. Those uv's will be ASI and ctr if I ever require assistance with either.
3uv ticket's for tryhards. Especially after the ability to lock in the freaking uv's you get.

Whatcha gonna do? Cram a dmg vhigh on top of that? Owait you can get a max with armor and a pet!
Honestly I find the price up to 2uv tickets too low with the lock in option available. You can also grind endlessly... You know, unlike before when you had to pay a good portion of your earnings on running more now you can keep all of that sweet Cr.

I just managed to actually begin playing again (unlike prior when I was fighting my comp) and I am amazed at how much more can be made now. Quite literally the only thing screwing you anymore is the 5* paywall. Even then a dmg UV is all you need to cut through that PvE-wise. Ctr v.high can be achieved, do you really need max to beat half the stuff they throw at you? (even a bomber can make do with v. High)

A regular player, playing 2 hours every 3 days from what limited information I see in-game could make every weapon and armor in the game within half the time that it used to take if you don't count top-end 5* weapons. Nobody cared about the defense aspect of armors in the first place so don't even begin to count that.

I got a weapon slot within an hour of play, a single hour... Before endless elevators that took 2 days (4-6 hours) because I wasn't cramming endless fsc.

back to the op. What makes you deserve a cheaper 3UV ticket? You got quite close to EVERY other aspect of the game handed to you on a platter made of diamonds. I can't justify it, seeing how tryhards could readily flood the market with not-so-unique-anymore variants on all the popular weapons if they saw fit to, single UV tickets are extremely cheap and even a ctr med would make life easy for most newer and even some older players.

No, the only things remaining for players to climb PvE is the 5* heating paywall (seems rather easy to overcome for anyone with patience and conviction via either uv's or SL's) and the price of UV tickets.

Seriously, if half the beta players saw this crap they'd probably go to slap the crap out of any nub making suggestions like this.

Epicskunk, tell me why you are rolling your weapons for UVs if you haven't even become a champion yet... you clearly don't have a full 5* loadout yet, and its not that smart to roll something if it not 5*, unless you roll it low level and sell it.
And trust me, my construct low FF, gremlin low combustor and slime low DBB can tell you that you are not the only one with bad luck.

Like it's already been said, you DON'T ROLL UVs AS A <5*.
UVs are for the post-vanguard end-game "OP."
And, we are not lucky. Other people said it, I'll say it again in, my case:
I only spent 160,000 cr and ended up with the same UV I started with. There are some people who spend 30k ce-worth in cr trying to get a ASI VH, and still fail to get it.
I will admit, I do have some good UVs, but that's because I had to work to get that UV. And, you're complaining about prices when you just suggested to DOUBLE the 1 UV roll and cheapen the others. Where's the logic in that?
