( First off I want to say that you guys should go from labeling yourselves as an open 'MMO', to 'MMORPG' because the way you set up the story about how you crash land, then you try to work your way out, is really just role playing out a story. Think final fantasy the games too.)
Hi! My name is Thom, and I'm new here to Spiral Knights, but I've been playing a MMORPG like Spiral Knights for about 6 years, and I really find the way Spiral Knights runs is a lot alike, so Im here to make a suggestion.
I was reading about, your "Rose Regalia!" sale, and I think for 9.95 and only getting one piece of the set is just ludicrously over-paying, but that is just my personal opinion and I have no negative feelings towards the game for it, but i still you should have the next one available with the 2.45 Crystal Energy purchases (I plan to buy many, I've bought one so far in 9 hours of playing) and/or I think that Selling a complete outfit for say 2.45 would be a really good idea. Two dollars and fourty-five cents for one outfit I think is pretty fair.

People didn't pay $9.95 for a single piece of the Rose Regalia set. They paid $9.95 for 3500 energy (which is already a fair price) and also got a piece of Rose Regalia. The Rose Regalia was a bonus item with purchase (like a toy in a box of cereal), not the item being directly purchased.
