im having a lot of trouble with the hall of heros with 3 star gear at 5-2
i try searching a way to get the 3 star gear on the Eiki and google but i still cant find a way
could some one give me any suggestoins of 3 star gear :(

Common 3 Star gear for starters are:
Dusker
Gunslinger
Fused Demo
Depending on which ever path you choose to follow, whether a bomber, gunner, or swordie.

Class armor, like dusker and gunslinger, might look good on the outset, but their buffs are hardly noticable. Defensive armors like Jelly (what you'll get from the Jelly King), offer a much more robust set of defense against common threats like the deadly sleep status.

are you asking "how to get", or "which to get"?
Saintrainbowdash, do you have 2-star gear? Which gear? To get 3-star gear, you usually go to the Hall of Heroes, buy the appropriate 3-star recipe, and upgrade a 2-star item to 3 stars. You're going to need some crowns, some orbs of alchemy, and some materials.
Are you asking which 3-star gear you should be going for? The answer depends on whether you're most interested in swords, guns, or bombs, or some kind of mix. Once you decide that, you should start thinking about 5-star gear, because that's where everything ends up. (These days, there is a "radiant crystal drought", which is making it hard to complete 5-star items. But stick to this advice anyway.) So read the wiki (Gunslinger Guide, Bombing Guide, my sword guide), figure out which 5-star items you might want, and then work on getting their 3-star precursors.

If you fight the jelly king by going through the arcade, you can earn tokens to buy an entire set of three star gear!

You can find him by inspecting each arcade gate through the mission interface. Press M and then select the "arcade" tab. From there, click on each gate and search for an icon that looks like this:

Go on the gate where you find this. Start in T1, so as to get the most pills and things, and work your way up to the jelly king.
