When I was checking what the better deal was for my $6, energy wise, I noticed that OCH only costs $1.45 now. But the wiki still says $5.95 as the cost. I wanted to change it but apparently its locked, so I posted it here.

Let's do some math.
5.95 x .75 = 4.4625-> 4.50.
5.95-4.50=1.45.
