Well you certainly don't act 'the different person' on the forums.

I'm pretty sure you're the reason for a majority of the hate stirring in the pot we call the forums. And then you post this thread. Its almost as if you love insults. It probably wouldn't be crazy to say you could go farther than calling it "love".

Yeah forums was "on fire" when you come to post, but also you make posts reallly useless that help to raise more that fire, its like you want to put off a campfire with a bucket of gas. yeah that thing its what you are doing right now with spamming forum with useless topic, the difference between you and fehzor or whimsically is they post really interesting post which also make the community tell their worries and problems with the game in a civic way.

Also, as someone who has gone through depression several times, there are far better places to seek comfort than online forums. I used to keep manically refreshing the forums in hopes someone has posted in a thread, and that's how I used to try to "cope" with my depression. It was the only social interaction I had. Then I found out that I recovered faster from my depression when I simply closed my computer and just went on a walk for half an hour, or went across the street to the deli to grab something to munch on. In fact, gluing myself to my computer probably fueled my depression, more than it aided me in dealing with it.

Regardless of whether or not you hate the other person's guts, or whether or not you actually know if they have an issue or not, one should never use another person's real life condition, true or not, as, or to support and argumental topic.

This discussion is for the sake of the forums, their integrity, and the integrity of forum posters as their online avatar.

You have no right to tell someone else what doctors they need to see, as one: you are not a doctor yourself, and two: even if you were, no-one asked for your opinion on such a private matter, and you shouldn't be discussing confidential details on a patient's condition in public space.

I don't love insults. I used to be teased in school. In fact that was a cause of my depression. You disgust me.

Well, if he's trying to hide behind a condition, you tell him that's not acceptable.
It works both ways: don't bring your real life problems onto the forums. Especially not after you've caused this much havoc. I've never brought up my Aspergers in anything, I don't use it as a weapon, I don't defend myself with it. It's a quirk that makes me me, and if it interferes with my ability to make good calls on the forum, I refrain from posting entirely. Never try, never fail, right?

If you're the threadmaker, you can solve all your problems by graveyarding the thread, then you don't have to look at it anymore, and no-one else can say bad things to you, and we can forget the whole thing ever happened.

People will forgive surprisingly quick if you take their advice and change your behavior. Chains can be broken, and I don't know about anyone else, but I do notice when people change for the better. Special mention goes out to Blandaxt for turning his actions around.
