Best bonus mele speed Vog cub set? Or Skolver set?

So I was looking on the wiki for the best armor for additional mele speed, and i read up on both Skolver and Vog cub sets. The abilities section on The Vog cub coat and cap say that they give medium additional sword attack speed when equipped. However the Skolver coat description reads "The ultimate in Wolver-hide clothing, this coat has been expertly crafted to give your melee attacks blinding speed." My question is, does the Skolver set give additional "blinding speed" and if it does give a mele speed buff, how good is it? And is it better than the Vog cub set's mele speed buff?

Nope

Descriptions are more of mini-stories for any given item. Never trust a word they say. The Skolver set only gives you damage bonus for swords. Vog Cub only gives you attack speed increase for swords. Nothing else.

When putting the caps and coats together with Skolver you get sword damage bonus very high. With Vog Cub you get attack speed increase very high.

right

Bamzalot is right. You should ignore that text. For years, Skolver's text has said that weird thing about speed, even though Skolver doesn't give you any speed.

Descriptions lie... I mean, look at iron slug.

"Only the most frightening of foes can withstand the crippling paralysis caused by the magnum force of the Iron Slug's sudden impact."

It even goes so far as to suggest that the gun was intended to do something.

And deadly dark matter bomb~

"A large chunk of Dark Matter primed with a potent explosive. This bomb would be in stark violation of the Spiral Order's safety handbook if they hadn't lost the last copy in the crash."

It implies that the bomb has a "potent explosive"? Nope. Should be more like-

"A large chunk of Dark Matter primed with baking soda and vinegar. This bomb would be in stark violation of the Spiral Order's safety handbook if they still had the means to check knights for competent gear prior to each mission."

The worst offender of description scumming is the Swiftstrike Buckler. Its description implies it only affects swords, but its ASI Bonus applies to all three weapon types.
