topic says it all, using my mist energy to craft brandishes to make a nightblade since I already have a good leviathan
thoughts? opinions?

I would think it would be UV
I would think it would be UV damage bonus VS Gremlins or Slime Very High, CTR V. High, and IAS V. High.

i'm using a very high attack
i'm using a very high attack speed UV and it's beast, I can't compare it to a CTR very high, but the charge attack of nightblade is not as good as the other two options for brandish.

personally I got me one with
personally I got me one with gremlin medium as it was affordable and I really only wanted something for gremlins.
the attack speed is fine with 1 vog cub piece I guess. (I run around with swiftstrike buckler+1 vog piece anyway)
the swing reach is not so good versus groups of slimes. (does nice dps on huge lichens though)
the charge is kind of weak as far as dps/burst potential is concerned.
@Ouros:
damage UVs work on a % basis, so you'll get as much more damage out of the sword UV as it does more base damage over a gun.

brandish with CTR and flourish with VS Gremlins.
You will be UNSTOPPABLE
For Brandishes, I'd say CTR or attack speed is best. It seems to me that only guns care about damage increases (since they start with such bad damage). The highlight of all brandish based swords is their explosive charge attacks, and I've seen medium CTR brandishes selling for tons of crowns on the AH.
