Tokens? No. You can get the obsidian weapons from the AH, although they're expensive if you do find one in the AH.
That was a special event like the Black Kats. You can expect it to be back in a few months. Much like we can expect Black Kats to be back in a few months. Until then, just wait and see when it does return. Then you can get all the tokens and weapons. Unless you still didn't get it. In which case you will have to once again, wait until the next event.
