I actually found Spiral Knights from reading ThreePanelSoul. I love Ian's style and when he said he worked on this I was more or less like "ASONMDOGREJH DAKLG! I'm IN!" Have yet to regret it.

Three Panel Soul is how I found out about Spiral Knights.
Which I started reading because I had been reading Mac Hall for years.
I'm very fond of that comic and suffered a mild case of sleep deprivation just to read all of them.
