I think they're content with just the Violet and Coral sets being occasionally available. If they do peak their heads out again, then they'd be on the featured auction.
In fact, I'm pretty sure I saw a Black Rose Set appear on the Featured Auction a few weeks ago.

Red Rose-Toasty Themed
White Rose-Divine Themed
Blue Rose-Cool Themed
Green Rose-Military Themed
Yellow Rose-Regal Themed
Coral Rose-Fancy Themed
Violet Rose-Dusky Themed
That just leaves Heavy, Volcanic(unless Red Rose counts), Prismatic, & Event Colors.

@Bitsbee: Why mad? That means you could have a legit Shadow Rose Regalia. Besides, Shadow theme is more of a dark navy color than black. And since all the other colors of the rose seem to fit with themes (not sure about that red yet) then black is the only one that sticks out. Or wait... perhaps an unreleased theme? ;p

Because I want Heavy to be a dark red. Red Rose is too bright for me & Black Rose is cool & all, but just doesn't do it for me.
Though, I think if Volcanic was introduced as a Regalia color, it would take the dark red.

Cobalt Helm & Magic Hood's "Cobalt" Theme,
I just called it Cobalt because it's grey. Magic Cloak and Hood is actually Cool-Themed, but it lacks any amount of blue that binds it to that category, so you can pretty much wear it with anything.
